Your data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders (contract fulfillment legal basis) and fulfilling accounting obligations (legal obligation legal basis). Marketing inquiries require your explicit consent, which you can provide separately. Placing an order does not constitute consent for marketing purposes.
Scope of Processed Data
Processed data: name, billing name, shipping and billing address, e-mail address, phone number, tax number (for companies), IP address, and purchase history. We retain data for the period specified by law (8 years for accounting documents).
Data Transfer and Processors
Your data may also be processed by the following data processors in third countries (USA) based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission: Google LLC (Analytics), Meta Platforms Inc. (Pixel), Stripe Inc. (Payment). Furthermore, data is transferred to: GLS, Direct One (shipping), and our accounting office.
Your Rights and Remedies
You are entitled to request access to your data, request their rectification, deletion, or restriction of their processing, and you have the right to data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time, but this does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You can object to the data processing.
