Purchasing and service conditions of Ruhaimport Kft. (extrahasznaltruha.hu).

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) contain the conditions for using the services available on the extrahasznaltruha.hu website operated by Ruhaimport Kft. (seat: 3170 Szécsény, Kossuth út 17.; tax number: 24141314-2-12), as Service Provider, and for purchasing products.

Purchase Process and Information

The prices listed on the website are wholesale (B2B) prices and do not include VAT unless otherwise noted. The ordering process follows the steps: Cart → Checkout → Send Order. The order becomes binding upon confirmation by the Service Provider via email. Acceptance of the GTC is done by actively checking the checkbox during the checkout process. The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices, which does not affect orders already confirmed. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash on delivery, or online credit card payment (Stripe).

Shipping and Collection

Ordered goods can be collected in person at our premises (3170 Szécsény, Kossuth út 17.) or delivered to your home by courier service (Sameday). Original goods (unsorted bales) are always delivered personally, not by courier service, at a rate of 90 HUF/km, calculated for the round trip. For selected goods, shipping costs depend on the weight of the bales and the shipping address. Expected delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Right of Withdrawal and Warranty

Since our company primarily serves business entities and sole proprietors (B2B), the 14-day right of withdrawal without justification under consumer protection legislation does not apply to non-individual buyers. Detailed information on data processing is available in the Privacy Policy section.

Limitation of Liability

Due to the nature of second-hand clothing, products may have minor defects, wear, or dirt (approx. 5% reject rate is expected). The Service Provider does not assume responsibility for the individual condition of items found in the bales, as goods are sold in bulk, unsorted, or by category.

Electronic Contracting Process

After placing the selected products in the cart, billing and shipping information must be provided on the Checkout page. The buyer has the opportunity to review and correct data before finalizing the order. The contract is concluded in Hungarian, is considered a written contract, and is electronically filed by the Service Provider. The Service Provider shall send a confirmation via email without delay, but no later than 48 hours after receipt of the order.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC and the legal relationship between the parties are governed by Hungarian law. For the settlement of disputes arising between the parties, depending on the value in dispute, the district court or tribunal competent according to the seat of the Service Provider shall have jurisdiction.

Complaint Handling

In case of a quality complaint, please report your complaint documented with photos within 3 business days of receipt to [email protected]. Complaints are only accepted if the bale is preserved in its original condition. The Service Provider shall investigate the complaint within 30 days and respond in writing. In case of a justified complaint, we provide replacement or a price reduction.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

If you qualify as a consumer, you are entitled to use the online dispute resolution platform operated by the European Commission: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This option is not available for B2B buyers.

Force Majeure

The Service Provider is not responsible for the performance of obligations under the contract in cases where an external, unavoidable cause (e.g., natural disaster, war, epidemic, strike) arises that prevents performance.

Modification and Cancellation of Order

Modification or cancellation of a submitted order is possible by email or phone until the package is handed over to the courier service. After this, cancellation cannot be accepted.
